Who would have imagined that, nearly 40 years after we first met, I would be working side by side with Pat Cermak.
I first got to know Pat while helping reposition leased containers on the Soo Line Railroad (CPKC now) between Minneapolis and Chicago. Today, we are bringing decades of experience, relationships, and industry knowledge together to grow Freight Partners Group’s drayage division. It is especially rewarding to see that work complement our broader capabilities in full truckload, less-than-truckload, and import/export project management.
A lot has changed in transportation over the years, but strong relationships and deep experience still matter. I am grateful Pat came out of retirement to join us and excited about what we are building together.
